Return and Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped upon confirmed payment. Delivery slot will be informed accordingly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure there is a recipient at the shipping address within the delivery window. If the third party logistics company finds no representatives to receive the goods within 10 minutes, the driver has the right to leave and the customer needs to pay a re-delivery fee of the order to Zen Cultured Goods Enterprise via online bank transfer. Amount of the delivery fee will be determined by the third party logistics company.
Any delays in delivery caused by factors out of our control could happen and we shall not be held any responsibilities on it but should assist to track the location of the goods.
We deliver within 20km radius from Zenboocha Lab located at Seksyen 17, Petaling Jaya at a flat rate delivery fee of RM15. If you wish to deliver outside of the stated radius, kindly write to us via email@example.com.
Any changes in the delivery details on the selected delivery day or a day before the delivery day is not allowed and customer will be charged a fee of RM20 to make the relevant changes.

Returns & Exchanges
All purchases made through Zen Cultured Goods Enterprise are final and there are no returns/refunds. Customers may however make an exchange, if the goods received are broken, defective or any issues you deemed unsatisfactory. Kindly keep them sealed, take a picture of the product and drop an email to email@example.com within 3 days from the day of receipt with your contact details, day of receipt, invoice and the description of issue. Our team should have the full discretion to decide whether or not the products should be returned and replaced. We will not accept any return of goods unless agreed specifically in writing in advance.
If there are any refunds taking place, kindly be informed that the transfer might not take place immediately because banks may need 10 or 30 working days to process the fund. We have no control on this but we shall keep track to ensure you get your refund.
Contact us directly by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org if you have received a defect/broken or an incorrect item. These items may be returned to us fully at our expense.
Zen Cultured Goods Enterprise will not disclose buyer's personal information to any third party, other than order details for postage and shipping purposes.
The provision of personal information is not necessary in order to use most of this website. However, if you wish to take advantage of some specialised and/or personalised services offered under this website, you will need to provide some specific information.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
